Point of Sale

We believe that our Point of Sale module is the best available today for Leisure facilities and is fast and easy to use. It is designed for touch screen use but can also be used with a mouse for conventional monitors.

Up to 168 keys are available on 4 'pages'. Fast moving items will be set up as 'one touch' items on the home page. Other items may be set up in a menu (see example below), or on another page. As all keys may be defined as menus, holding up to 19 further keys, a total of almost 3200 items can be set up on the till.

All methods of payment are supported including Credit/Debit cards using our Chip & Pin interface, linked to YesPay International.

A full audit trail is kept and may be reviewed on the till screen if required. Transaction data is transferred to the powerful and flexible Back Office Management Information module for reporting.

As the till is designed to run 'stand alone' it is not dependent on being connected to a network.

Full stock control is included, with stock movements, margin and reorder reports.

Price changes may be set in advance or for a promotional period, and there is a 'happy hour' pricing facility.

When linked to our Membership module, card readers may be used with the till to give automatic pricing for membership card categories, and recording of visit details in the membership module.
