Membership

Membership is a powerful yet easy to use tool for the administration of your club. The main features of the software include:

Comprehensive database of members with personal details, membership details, history of visits, accounting information and user definable data fields.

Powerful reporting tools allowing you to view and print reports, or export to Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Capture your member's image using an inexpensive webcam, and if required print a bar coded membership card direct from the program.

Collect payments effortlessly via Direct Debit and/or Standing Order. Third party software is required for Direct Debit transfers to BACS. Our partnership with The Leisure Finance Group has enabled customers of Leisure Finance to import payment details with a click of the mouse.

Visits may be recorded using the Visits module which will show the member's image, status, expiry date, account balance and an optional message. A range of card types including bar code, magnetic stripe, smart and proximity are supported. The system may be configured to control access via doors or turnstiles.

Creating letters, emails or labels using Mail Merge for a single member or a selected group of members, is a simple and straight forward process with a seamless interface to Microsoft Word.
