Courses

The Courses module can be used either on its own, or with our membership and/or our Point of Sale modules.

The Courses module is designed to assist with the administration of courses and lessons such as swimming lessons. Any number of courses or scheduled sessions can be defined.

The basic details of each course are setup then each occurrence of the course can be scheduled as required. For example 'beginners swimming' could be scheduled to run on several evenings per week for 10 weeks, then the whole cycle repeated.

Student details are recorded then students may be enrolled onto courses or held in a waiting list. Links to our Membership system allow existing member details to be imported into the courses module.

Waiting lists are held by category of course for ease of maintenance. Students may be transferred to courses as vacancies become available.

Course registers may be printed for a course and attendance and payment details are recorded.

Mail-merge facilities allow reminders to be sent to students as the start date of the course approaches.

Students are easily migrated from one course to the next and a record of their individual achievement is recorded.

A fast track place allocation facility is provided for use at reception. This enables students to be enrolled on a course with a single mouse click. Over booking is not possible and the full details of the student are entered later when time allows.
