Bookings

The Bookings module is designed to replace the paper booking sheet, on a single PC or on a local or wide area network. In addition, our web based 'eBookings' module allows your customers to check for and make bookings via the Internet.

Any number of bookable activities can be defined, and the screen arranged to suit the user. Number of courts, time slot length and advance days are all user definable. Each booking window can also be viewed for the whole week.

The booking date can be advanced by one day or one week or to any day in the current week with just one mouse click. With permission, bookings can be made for any date in the future - there is no limit.

Class bookings can be set up with a maximum number of places, with a facility to repeat the booking with just one mouse click.

Repeat or block bookings can be made by defining the start date, the number of slots and the frequency. Existing bookings are checked and warnings given.

A simple yet effective 'Staff Roster' can be configured to give an overall view of staff deployment.

When linked to our Point of Sale module, Bookings will pass the details through to the till for payment. The customer name, date and time of booking and cost will be shown on the receipt.
