Back Office

The Back Office module is the control centre for the LeisureMost system. It has 2 major functions - to set up and maintain the activity database, and to provide reporting and enquiries. It is the recipient of all of the transaction data generated by the Bookings and Point of Sale modules.

The system can be configured in a number of ways - from a single centre with it's own back office, to a headquarters supporting a number of centres on a local or wide area network.

A large number or reports are available, including an 'ad hoc' facility for enquiries, and stock control reporting.

Reports may be exported directly to other Windows applications including Spreadsheets and Word Processors, or may of course be shown on screen or printed.

Pricing of activities is controlled in the back office module, and price changes or promotions may be set up in advance, to take effect automatically on the day.

The way in which tills, activities, and servers operate, is all controlled from the back office module, and then exported to the local or remote till PC.
