As a precedent for ensuing development of our LeisureMost solutions, we launch our new website offering extra support for existing customers and a new look more in fitting with the service we provide. The Members' Area currently under development will soon offer an FAQ, optional downloads and a feedback facility for us to take on board more client suggestions.

As member retention becomes ever more important, we are developing an additional module to highlight those members at risk of cancelling their membership. Based on criteria such as staff interaction, visit frequency and renewal dates it will be a chargeable option, but will be priced to compete strongly with other products.

Avalon Leisure of Street in Somerset have chosen LeisureMost for their 4 leisure sites. All sites have Bookings, Membership, Point of Sale and Back Office. Courses and internet Bookings will be added over the next few months. Wells Leisure Centre were users of our membership system some years ago but replaced it with Flex when the management of the centres went out to contract. Avalon have now returned to LeisureMost, replacing the existing Flex system

We are proud to announce the fingerprint recognition module for use with our membership system. After initially registering their fingerprint with the system, a customer will simply place their finger onto the reader each time they visit. They will then be validated against the database, recording an attandance if required. This option removes the need for membership cards and prevents fraudulent access.

We are pleased to announce Web Visits. A way to record visits and/or access control across a low bandwidth connection (such as a broadband) using Web services. This enables customers with multiple sites and a central membership database to validate members and record visits in real time. The application can run on Windows XP with .Net framework, and requires IIS5 or above. All Access Control equipment is provided through our trusted partners.
